What’s the best way to roll with stronger opponents?

I’m 16 years old, 145 lbs, 5’10”, and I have a blue belt. When I roll with people who are smaller than me, I can usually win although they occasionally tap me out if they catch me by surprise. My problem is when I’m fighting people bigger than me or the same size- I use too much strength and that doesn’t work against them. What is the best advice you have for rolling with someone bigger than you? Is it better to be aggressive and keep them defending or try and just stop yourself from being submitted? I know my build isn’t ideal for using raw strength, so what’s the best way to make up for it?
