I stiff armed the mat getting taken down unexpectedly. Now I don’t have any grip strength on my left hand. I can’t grip fight, hold on to lapels, or even figure 4 with enough strength for an americana/kimura/ armbar set up. When I’m at wrestling practice I can’t power nelson. I can’t finish guillotines. I don’t have the strength to lock my arms for a straight ankle lock. I normally bench press 205×5 but I could’t lift 135 off because my wrist is fucked. This is infuriating. I’ve been sticking to pull ups and lots of squats but I want to train damn it.
